Recognizing Three Distinct Leaders
As Manager of Supply Chain Innovation, Diana Bocsanczy leads complex consulting engagements that help global organizations solve operational challenges through network design, simulation and supply chain transformation. Beyond delivering measurable business results for clients, Diana is recognized for her commitment to mentoring employees, fostering collaboration and building a culture that empowers people to grow professionally.
As Senior Principal and Head of Service for Logistics Management Systems, Christina Schühle has built a career helping organizations modernize warehouse management systems and logistics operations while championing diversity and inclusion within the consulting industry. She helped establish one of Miebach Germany’s first women’s support initiatives, which evolved into the company’s broader Cultural Dialog program promoting inclusion, mentorship and leadership development.
As a Senior Consultant, Sisi Ren has quickly established herself as an emerging leader in supply chain transformation. Her ability to translate advanced analytics into practical business strategies has helped clients redesign distribution networks, improve operational efficiency and embrace new technologies, including artificial intelligence, to strengthen supply chain performance.
The three awards underscore Miebach’s continued investment in developing leaders who combine technical excellence with collaboration, innovation and a commitment to advancing the profession.
“This award isn’t just a way to honor females in supply chain. It’s a representation of progress, it’s a symbol of growth, and it’s a way to celebrate achievements of all women in the supply chain who continue to pave the way for the next generation,” said Marina Mayer, editor-in-chief of Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive and co-founder of the Women in Supply Chain Forum™. “Of the 300-plus submissions received, 70 of them were self-submissions, the highest number of self-nominated applications ever in the history of this award. And, 44 of the submissions received were from male counterparts, also the highest number of male-submitted applications to date. This year’s list of winners entails females making a difference in the supply chain, and I’m honored to share their journeys.”
