CHARLOTTE, N.C. – May 25, 2026 – Dr. Errick O. Redmond, in partnership with KCBC Publishing, has announced the release of The Power of the Echo, a new leadership and communication book focused on how consistent messaging, vision alignment, and intentional leadership practices influence organizational culture, teamwork, and growth in ministry, business, and community settings.

Based on more than 46 years of leadership, ministry, motivational speaking, and mentoring experience, The Power of the Echo explores how the words leaders repeat, model, and reinforce can shape the direction and culture of organizations, churches, businesses, and teams. The book presents practical communication principles designed to support leadership development, organizational consistency, and unified vision.
“The message that leaders consistently communicate often becomes the culture people follow,” said Dr. Errick O. Redmond. “The Power of the Echo was written to help leaders better understand the influence of communication and how intentional leadership can strengthen unity, accountability, and growth within organizations and ministries.”
The book addresses leadership communication strategies applicable to ministry leadership, corporate organizations, sports teams, educational environments, and nonprofit groups. Topics include team development, discipleship, communication consistency, leadership influence, organizational culture, and personal growth.
Before and throughout his ministry career, Dr. Redmond participated in athletics and later traveled throughout the United States and internationally as part of “The Power Team,” a feats-of-strength outreach ministry recognized for combining athletic demonstrations with motivational and faith-based presentations. Through that experience, he addressed audiences in churches, schools, conferences, and public events throughout the year.
According to Dr. Redmond, the release of The Power of the Echo is intended to encourage ongoing conversations surrounding healthy leadership communication and organizational development.
“Whether in ministry, business, education, or community leadership, communication can influence direction, morale, and culture,” Dr. Redmond said. “This book shares principles that leaders can apply in practical ways to create stronger teams and a clearer vision.”
Dr. Redmond currently serves as Senior Pastor of KingsChurch Inc. Outreach Ministries in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he continues to focus on leadership development, discipleship training, evangelism, mentoring, and community outreach initiatives.
The release of The Power of the Echo also coincides with upcoming leadership events, ministry conferences, speaking engagements, and organizational development seminars planned throughout 2026. Dr. Redmond and The Power of the Echo are expected to receive recognition during the 2026 Impact Book Awards event scheduled for July 18–19, 2026.
