(NYSE: ETSY), which operates two-sided online marketplaces that connect millions of passionate and creative buyers and sellers around the world, plans to release its second quarter financial results after the close of the market on Wednesday, August 5, 2026. At that time, our second quarter 2026 Shareholder Letter will be accessible on the Etsy Investor Relations website (investors.etsy.com).

Etsy will host a webcast conference call to discuss those results at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time on the next day, Thursday August 6, 2026, which will be live-streamed via the Company’s Investor Relations website (investors.etsy.com) under the events section. Publishing research analysts will be provided an opportunity to ask company management live questions on the call.
